Pros
Easy to use database for people seeking employment.
Some features amaze me and meet my expectation.

Mainstream Job boards like Jobsite is better for me
Could be useful to someone who wants an additional job board to run alongside their existing one.
Pros
Can find the odd gem/star candidate on here which will make the software worth it. Plus interface is nice and easy to use.
Cons
Can't use this as your go-to job board as it simply doesn't haven't enough candidates on their database.
