Frequently a consumer who was once a member wants to purchase a stand-alone product from us, which Membermouse allows - but then DENIES them access to the product they just purchased because their member status is still 'Cancelled' or 'Expired'. I've queried the mm customer service and they only solution they could provide is I'd have to create my own sub-routine to move members back out of 'Cancelled' or 'Expired' into a 'Active' free membership. That's rubbish. I have had all manner if error including customers recurring billing just stops, double payments we've had to refund, and other errors. It is a gigantic plugin so updating can cause issues. There are quirks with core pages and how they're handled.
