The machine translation is of high quality, and the admin interface is intuitive and easy to use. There have been several occasions that I've had to turn to Weglot's support to resolve an issue. These issues have been minor for the most part, but still meaningful. Their support takes more then 48 hours to respond, often without offering assistance and requesting the same information again and again. Lost thousands in revenue Costing us Thousands to fix their errors Google Translate is free and less doesn't crash your site. > > Initially the trial test worked well. It translated some of our pages and we find any server side issues. Other then a few translation errors for meaning, which were easily fixed by a native speaker, everything was working at least 95% We proceed for the paid plan of 3 languages and quickly exceeded our word translation allowance. There were some errors with button colors and some functionality with the paid version. Their Support Team told us we needed to White List the plugin, which caused our site to quickly crash and the pages not to load. Our site started receiving hack attacks from different locations around the world. Their support team just stopped communicating with us and have refused to close and refund us. We are now contracting a professional services to fix the errors their plugin caused on our site. Completely our fault for not having a Dev Site to try this on first, but we trusted the reviews we read and trusted in their company.
