The name itself speaks volumes, MULTIVIEW, you can slice and dice to get down to the level of detail that you want. > > **Cons**: Cutting checks for Accounts Payable. We have so many different ways that we can pay an invoice, it would be beneficial for us to be able to select a group of invoices and then select the bank we want to pay them against. We use the materials management side. We recently merged with three hospitals, and were able to work with MV to set up additional warehouses and workflows on how supplies transferred between the three companies. It is also helpful that the MM side links nicely with the AP side and the workflow is pretty automated and seamless. The most helpful feature for me is the reports side. They can be as detailed as needed. It is easy to pull an excel sheet or to do a pivot report table right in the system and can even add graphs. > > **Cons**: Our biggest issue is that it is slow, especially since we have added more hospitals to the system. Certain tabs are barely able to load at all (PO Line Detail Inquiry). My concern is that it will only get slower as we add more data to the system. There are also a lot of bugs that pop up that just slow down the work process (i.e., sometimes you are not able to change certain tabs out of order and would need to restart the process). > > Overall, the system has a lot of potential of what it can do, but that is also what is slowing the system down - there are just too many tabs and too many options to choose from (especially for a new user).
