When starting a project, FossLook can automate the project workflow so that documents will be automatically sent to the appropriate people. Documents uploaded to FossLook also include a "document history" tab that contains information about who created the document when and what changes have been made to it since.


FossLook allows users to keep multiple versions of documents. Documents can be grouped together and users can generate reports based on document groups. Associated documents are linked together, allowing users to tab back and forth between them. In FossLook’s digital signature module, users sign uploaded documents.


This software is suitable for both small and large businesses. It is licensed in perpetuity on a per-user basis.

> **Pros**: I used FossLook mainly to manage sales documents and organize client files in one place. It really helped reduce email clutter and made file sharing within the team much easier. The document management system is reliable and saves time when searching for files. However, the interface feels a bit outdated and it took some time to get used to it. Overall, it offers good value for money and works well once you understand how it’s structured.
