With all of the functionality it brings, it gets frustrating when you encounter functionality that should be there....or you feel should be there, but it isn't. Please focus on additional functionality to your existing features. For example, I would love to be able to date a sale to the prior day if I am unable to set it to WON on the last day of the month. Because there is no way to do this it skews my numbers. Also, I would love to be able to set follow up reminders to customer's I've already made a sale to. There should be a way to set a contact to "WON" but also put back in the pipeline for a followup for more sales. If there is already a way to do this, it is not intuitive as it needs to be. > > I love it. I can see what and where they are going with their ideas.
