> **Pros**: A quick way to receive webhooks on internal infrastructure, didn't have to setup any load balancers or firewall rules.

> **Cons**: Analytics for webhook delivery, when failed ones are in the past (few days ago) it's not trivial to find them and troubleshoot.

> Overall great product, very quick to get going. Have been running it for years to deliver webhooks to on-prem Jenkins CI instances

No comments, cause didn't had any issues. 

There were a situation that after our network administrators increased firewall restrictions - we were not able to use WebHookRelay tunnel. But after the quick investigation with the WebHookRelay team we have identified that issue is not on WebHook but on our firewall...

> **Pros**: Allows us to receive webhooks without playing with load balancers, firewalls, NAT, etc. We needed to get webhooks to our server and we managed to configure it in minutes.

> **Cons**: While there appears to be "live" support I had to wait for the reply for around a day. No phone support either.

> Great, simple to use, once things were working we didn't need to touch it
