I used the new email and forms and template that made me much more productive. Leap card system was a great system. I have also used the cross reference between the name cards and the matters card was a great feature. The customer support was excellent and despite my years away from technology, the customer support people were extremely helpful and were very patient with me. > > **Cons**: Because I lost my trusty paralegal for the last few years, my institutional knowledge base was disrupted. I did not have a typical hourly basis and therefore when I had to do some bills, it was a relearning process. In the late 90's I was the Florida family guru concerning software products. in 2000, I got out of the active practice of law because of a medical disability. I tried Smokeball which was less expensive and a bit more agile. It would be an improvement, if technical could jump onto your machine quicker rather than using chat. It makes the client intake process really smooth and helps everything flow right into the system without a lot of extra steps.
