The process is really smooth and consistent. You can choose which elements and boards you want to use, so making each campaign bespoke to the role. I get an update on monthly basis as to where we are with our account. When posting new roles, they respond quickly to get the role advertised as quickly as possible, but not without giving you tips on how to attract better or more candidates. > > **Cons**: The ATS but thats not because it isnt good, we just have to do a work around when sorting CVs and going through selection process. If we didnt have our own ATS this wouldnt be an issue and would be ideal to use just theres. > > We have used Hireful for a long while, we left for one year, and came straight back.
