Efficient but Frustrating
I used it at my previous company as a tracker with my team. One member who is very savvy with software set it up as it isn’t easy to get started. Once the framework was in place it served it’s purpose but any additions or revisions to the format were cumbersome.
Pros
Once set up, it’s easy to enter data and keep organized.
Cons
Hard to set up and add to. Feels daunting and frustrating to use at first, not intuitive. Takes a long time to get used to for someone with average experience.
