The automation process, or creating a flow, is very simple, and there's extensive compatibility with many platforms. The good thing is that they have a roadmap for further expansion. Email delivery is very efficient—I'd say much better than other, more well-known systems—it's a very reliable email delivery system. For me, a change from the previous platform I had is the integration with Shopify. It's a very well-designed integration with full compatibility, and it adapts very well to all the actions and triggers my clients need. Encharge is a real discovery, and I'm delighted with the tool.
