Even though Paperbell allows intake questions , and I ask for their birthdate as one of the questions, it would be cool to see who has a birthday each month for follow ups. I don't particularly appreciate that I need to use my actual Gmail account to send client emails (you can't open the ones you transmit via the portal but they are adding it to the list). A more robust course hosting area would be nice, but that's down the road for me, so I'm hoping Paperbell will be ready as well when I'm ready. As a solopreneur who has tried the more involved CRMs, discovering Paperbell has saved me time. I tried Dubsado, but it took months to try to figure it all out and it was way too big for my needs, Paperbell is a much better fit. I don't need a million bells and whistles, just something clean and straightforward, which Paperbell is.
