About Konfío Gestión

Gestionix is an inventory management software designed to help small and midsize businesses manage inventory, billing, accounting and other processes. The platform enables managers to upload and sort product-related data based on sizes, colors and models. Administrators can record information regarding partial payments and issue digital fiscal document through internet (CFDI) to handle electronic bills. Gestionix allows teams to generate digital invoices, payroll receipts and consignment notes on a unified interface. Additionally, supervisors can capture payment policies and gain real-time insights into the income and expenses of clients. Gestionix lets stakeholders generate reports to track the status of products and inventory levels across multiple warehouses. Pricing is based on monthly and annual subscriptions and support is extended via email, chat, phone, knowledge base and other online measures.

Easy and scalable

It is a very easy to use software I like that it adapts we started using with a single store now we have a warehouse an online store and we can have all this separate on the system and was not difficult. The benefit that includes the POS and you can review online let me keep track easily of the operations.

Pros

The thing I like the most is that it can be use from anywhere so I can check from anywhere how are the stores and inventory going.

Cons

The POS needs some more feautures like the option of 2 sales at a time sometimes the customer is taking more time to pick thins up and you can not start charging other customer, the option to have a loyalty program with the customers directly on the POS.

Excelente Aplicación para administrar

Control inventario, controlo ventas, controlo costos, y saco reportes de utilidad y de como va mi negocio

Pros

Este software tiene la capacidad de administrar varios almacenes al mismo tiempo, es muy fácil de realizar traspasos, y controlarlos que es lo que mas me interesaba. En general es muy fácil de usar, fácil de implementar y me da la información que necesito para administrar mi negocio de ventas por internet

Cons

Me gustaría que se enlazara directo con alguno de mis proveedores de envío, que pudiera tener control de la información que aparece en el ticket y que se pudiera enlazar con facebook instagram, que ofreciera la tienda en linea y se conecte con stripe.

MMuy buena herramienta

Estoy muy satusfecho.

Pros

Muy fácil de usar y muy completa. La facturación es muy intuitiva.

Cons

Quizás mejorar los reportes. Poder sacar reportes personalizados de ventas por clientes, ingresos promedio, gráficas de incrementos/reducciones de ventas.

Programa amigable
