A comprehensive LMS, perfect for course creators!
By using BrainCert we aim to address several challenges in online education and training, ultimately benefiting my customers. And from our point of view it is as follows:
1) Monetization: We can monetize our courses and products by selling them on the platform, generating extra revenue from our expertise and educational content.
2) Accessibility and Interactivity: We provide our customers a platform for remote learning, overcoming geographical barriers, and if needed we could set live classes with real-time collaboration tools, enhancing engagement.
3) Security: The platform complies with robust security frameworks, ensuring strong security and privacy best practices are maintained. This is crucial in EU.
Pros
BrainCert provides a comprehensive suite of tools for our trainers and educators and is very easy to use, including virtual classrooms, content management, and secure online testing capabilities. Besides they are certified and comply with data protection which is super important for us.
Cons
Is not exactly that I dislike BrainCert, but since the platform is in constant development there are sometimes bugs in features releases, but this is understandable, the good thing is that they fix in a matter of days, and they are very receptive of these issues. Same with integrations, but they are slowly adding more and more.

Amazing All-in-One LMS
My overall experience with BrainCert has been positive. I appreciate its user-friendly interface, robust features, and the convenience of managing courses from anywhere. However, the extensive range of tools can be a bit overwhelming at first. But with the usage, one falls in love with it especially when new features are added regularly making the best for me!
Pros
What I like most about BrainCert compared to other LMS platforms is its ease of use and comprehensive feature set. It combines user-friendly course management, real-time collaboration, and detailed analytics all in one place, making it a powerful tool for both instructors and students.
Cons
What I like least about BrainCert is that sometimes the platform can feel a bit overwhelming with so many features. It can take a while to navigate and fully understand all the tools available.

Some good features, but it needs improvement
Overall I didn't like my experience, especially because in the last two weeks one of my students was not able to join the room. She lives in Italy and reported that she was seeing the message "Waiting for presenter". I am currently testing some other e-learning platforms because the company where I work is in the process of implementing online classes for all students from its franchisees in Brazil.
Pros
My favorite feature is the audio and video streaming service. It works pretty well. The whiteboard is very useful, but typing on it is not not working well. Some students have also reported that my text was not being displayed in the intended place - sometimes it was partially not visible for them. Sometimes text boxes are copied from one slide to another automatically. Changing the size of fonts doesn't work properly, too. Besides, the system doesn't save the font settings from one slide to another. I like the break-out room function, but it's really a pain on the neck to work with it. The voice and video transmissions have apparently improved, but I have had to use some other conferencing apps concomitantly to have a good voice and video transmission.
Cons
I really liked all the features that the platform offers, but all of the them have issues that impact the users' experience. Some of them were mentioned in the previous question.

Comprehensive Learning Management Solution with Pros and Con
My overall experience with BrainCert has been positive. Users have praised the platform for its ease of use, comprehensive features, gamification features and the social hubs possibilities.
Pros
It offers a wide range of features, including whiteboards on video calls, ecommerce solutions, various quiz types, social hubs, and event calendars, making it suitable for any training needs.
You can customize the site name, description, logos, time zone, and landing page to fit your needs and branding.
The roadmap for BrainCert is indeed very promising.
Cons
While I struggled with the video call features and management in BrainCert, which occasionally disrupted my first virtual training sessions, I've since found alternative solutions for my video conferencing and online workshops (2 other apps I am using for videoconferencing and workshops for instance).
Despite these limitations, BrainCert still stands out as the most comprehensive and effective LMS I've encountered, offering unparalleled features and capabilities that make it an indispensable tool for my training and workshop needs.
Reasons for Choosing BrainCert
I read some Course and LMS plateforms to compare, then I tryed Mighty Networks, Forento, Bettermode, Noodle, Prowd, Augmental and Unschooler before choosing BrainCert. BrainCert is white-label, fully sutomizable, secure, GDPR compliant and is gamified, it has it all.Switched From
Mighty NetworksReasons for Switching to BrainCert
I've explored various options, including Forento, Mighty Networks, and Noodle, each with its unique strengths and applications. After careful evaluation, I believe BrainCert is the most suitable choice for our business needs as a unified training platform. Its comprehensive features and capabilities align better with our requirements, making it the ideal solution for our training needs.- Industry: Higher Education

Good but a few hiccups
It is a good product, and I am happy I am using BrainCert. As with anything, there are things for improvements. When having difficulty with some of the BrainCert functions eg Tests, Assessor/admin roles and Virtual class recording I emailed support and skyped the person who sold me the product. The reply to my questions is slow. This is frustrating because students are complaining about my college and the platform. It does not look professional. Waiting for answers for a couple of days is not good. I think I have contacted support about half a dozen times for help. I have only started BrainCert fairly recently. So I only really need help in the beginning and then I would be do everything myself.
Before asking for help from support I read the training information and viewed youtube. However, some of the problems I am having are not covered in this training. Most problems that have occurred I have handled myself except for the ones mentioned above.
Pros
Easy to use. The appearance of the platform, some of the functions. virtual class, however, read below
Generally speaking, the students find it easier to use than the past platform from Wiziq
Cons
It can be a little too complexed in adding extra 'admin or assessor' as a role. Setting up the roles is easy however understanding each function of each part of the role needs to be explained better. The same for adding tests. In regards to the virtual class recording. It could be more streamlined.
For example. When a virtual class is recorded it would be better for the recording to be assigned to a students dashboard for easy access. Instead, I have to email a virtual class recorded link to each of my student who are in that particular course. This is a lot of extra work, and a bit of a waste of time. I approached to support and he told me this is what I have to do.
IF there is an easier way of allowing access to the virtual class recordings please let me know. I would like to use this function often.
