Their on-line support centre is easy to access and use, with access to live chat and the Epos Now community. Fault tickets can be raised on complex problems, most of which are answered in a timely manner. Most importantly (and this is rare these days\!) you can ring their help line which is answered by staff who are extremely nonweldable and helpful. If required, the support team can remotely access the customer's till system to resolve issues.
