The customer service and training is EXCELLENT and I have never had better. I do not exagerate when I say that they listen and are quick to address questions and problems. The customer service is one of the main reasons we have not changed programs. > > **Cons**: This is a new online program so there is long way to go to tweak the program and make it the best it can be. They do listen to requests and often make updates. However, I find that the reports leave a lot to be desired.
