> Sygma Connect is a remote support software designed to help businesses in the IT sector and managed service providers (MSPs) handle backups, servers and simple mail transfer protocol (SMTP) accounts. The platform enables administrators to record the contact information of clients and manage contracts on a unified interface.

Managers can graphically visualize data across planned and performed activities based on operators and interventions. Sygma Connect offers an email ticket system, which allows team leaders to create and assign service tickets to staff members and handle incoming support requests. Additionally, operators can manage documents, passwords and timesheets using mobile applications on Android and iOS devices.
