At first it wasn't a huge deal, I figured they would just correct it and refund the additional 11 months. NOPE\! Not even close. First, there is NO NUMBER to reach them. The number on my credit card is a Google Voice number that is no longer in service. Google Voice??? Really. That's the same service the scammers trying to sell me a warranty on a car I sold 12 years ago use. So it forces you to go into your account and submit a ticket. I submitted the ticket over 2 months ago. TWO MONTHS AGO\! I have responded to that same ticket 3 times and they have never responded. NOT ONCE. You can get a real idea of how good or bad a company is the moment there is an issue that needs resolution.
