It has reduced admin time by at least 1-2 days per month. It's easy to use, efficient, their customer service team are responsive and you can speak to a human immediately, rather than a chatbot first. Once you've set it up, you can amend fields and other items so it makes the system more flexible. You can set up report formats yourself, for example exporting info in the correct format for a sage import journal. The user interface you could argue looks a little dated, but I believe this is something they are working on and it's still totally fit for purpose so it's a very minor niggle\!
