The additional features are very useful such as gift vouchers, api’s to databases, sms functions. The white label is very good. > > **Cons**: The user interface is not pretty and can take a while to get used to. The dashboard can be hard to navigate sometimes and is not always intuitive. Some features are a little clumsy, such as viewing the source of reservations, from external providers. Ie when registering bookings that originate from concierge companies who we want to offer a commission at the end of the month. > > Excellent response time from everyone, our account manager, our sales rep, the hospitality team, the accounts team. Initial professional image portrayed - website, marketing material. Range of functionality offered. Apps for all devices. > > **Cons**: Lack of transparency on pricing. Apps differ on each device and all seem very "buggy". Promised functionality does not work. > > CoverManager claim to be the market leader... which from research they may be on numbers of clients - but they seem to have lost site of their customers along the way\! They promised the world and unfortunately, in my experience, undelivered. The product is full of bugs - it feels like everything is in beta and being tested on paying customers. The promised link to Facebook for example - not working and no indication of date when it will. Every time I requested something "normal" to help run my restuarant account, I was told that the functionality was only available in the next "pack" up... I was already paying 99 euros a month for what I was promised was everything I would need\! I quickly found that their customer service philosophy was to just treat me as a cash cow... so I cancelled my contract within the first 14 days. I was charged in full for 45 days. I went to a competitor - Restoo - and the experience couldn't be more different\! Great product, transparent pricing and amazing customer support. I do not recommend it. There are better options in the market. It used to be the best app out there, but that was years ago. They have slept on their laurels and have been overtaken by other companies that are much more competitive, faster, and really understand the needs of restaurants. > > **Cons**: It is an obsolete app with serious technical flaws and no personalisation options. Way overrated and overpriced. > > It is extremely expensive for what they offer.
