They have a telehealth platform as well. I'm a one-person practice without front office staff, and Clinic Mind has enabled me to function as if I had many employees\! They have a highly structure on boarding process with beginner, intermediate, and advanced skills they cover before training is complete. They also reach out personally when new features are available. Just today, I had a training with \[sensitive content hidden\], who was motivated to make sure I was up to date with the new features of the Patient Portal. Some of my older patients had difficulty signing on to the telehealth platform. When I pointed this out, the head of software development reached out to me and he appreciated my concern and made the sign on process much more intuitive and I haven't had a problem since. I do think one area they need to integrate is a diagnostic test platform, where you can access a drop down menu to create prescriptions for blood tests and diagnostic procedures. > > I am extremely happy that I switched from another electronic health record company to Clinic Mind.
