Who it is for: mid-market and enterprise finance, operations and IT teams running Sage X3, Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage Intacct, SAP Business One, Syspro, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, Wiise or Xero. Multi-company and multi-currency consolidation is handled at transaction level, including across different ERP systems.

What makes it different: pre-built data models carry thousands of hours of embedded ERP expertise, so a warehouse that would normally take months to specify and build deploys in days. Primary keys are enforced, so duplicate records never reach a report.

Deployment: Zap Data Hub is cloud-only and fully managed on Microsoft Azure. There is no infrastructure for you to install, patch or maintain. It connects securely to your ERP wherever that lives, cloud or on-premises, but Zap itself always runs in the cloud. Zap is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

Getting started and support: most customers see initial insights within days. A starter implementation package of 15 hours combines expert setup with hands-on mentoring. Ongoing support is by email and help desk, backed by a knowledge base, role-specific in-app videos, an in-app training platform, weekly AMAs and one-to-one mentoring on request.

> **Pros**: It's eassy to use, have steps in case that you need to turn back, have an ELT process, tabular or cube in SQL.
Is an excellent tool to improve the backend process, that increase the speed and reduce de risk to do all this in the different SQL languajes.

> **Pros**: Makes for very quick cube build and has XMLA built especially for AX. Not much work needs to be done for mapping or relationships. Zap support has always been very quick to respond and resolve issues. I have had a very positive working relationship with everyone I've met from Zap as company.

> **Cons**: It would be nice to have some better insight to the CubeXpress product and how to make some tweaks for our own customization of our environment. It would be a nice feature to be able to view the MDX code behind the scenes.
