> Le temps qu'on appréhende le logiciel était un peu long quand on n'est pas dans l'informatique. Mais le soutien de notre contact a été très appréciable. Et nous avons pu cibler les bonnes questions et les bonnes réponses pour nos clients. Aujourd'hui ils sont très satisfait car ils peuvent avoir une réponse 24h/24 et 7j/7.
