This data is essential in measuring metrics for our front desk staff's quarterly bonuses. -The ability to listen to a phone call minutes after they occur to catch any mistakes that might have been made. -Flagging calls to help train staff on what they could do better on, but also highlight what they did well in.-Forward calls feature allows us to send phones to another location and decrease the loss of potential revenue when the front desk staff are off/in a meeting.

If it is not changed, the data is skewed and affects analytics when determining staff bonuses.-Outgoing calls are not able to be recorded unless the call is done through the callhero website.

Overall, Callhero has allowed us to assess incoming leads, and figure out what is happening with them, as well as train/give feedback to our team.
