> **Pros**: The vendor's implementation team were a real strength in the project, delivering to the business needs quickly and accurately. The development cycle proved to be quick and included extensive interaction with the business. The underlying MES software has proved to be robust and capable of a great deal of flexibility through the implementation. The MES project was a significant success across five sites.

> **Cons**: No real cons, the development was a difficult in the beginning but improved over time, rollout worked very well using a standard template
