Developing a strong Digital Lab Strategy is imperative for successful business operations! We absolutely agree with you about Dashboarding and Visualization within eLab! Currently, our Timeline does this to some extent, but there is room for improvement! For now, most of our customers use our extensive API/SDK and Developer Hub to pull data out into their favourite visualization systems (i.e. Power BI), but it wouldn't hurt for us to have it within the system, and we are happy to notify you that it is in our roadmap, and will be available very soon!

While we were unfortunately forced to end support for DYMO printers, eLabNext continues to be compatible with a wide range of Zebra and ZPL-compatible printers for our customers with labelling needs. Many of our customers have had positive experiences with these machines and reported significant improvements in the quality and configurability of their labels compared to DYMO. With regards to customizations, this is very much part of our philosophy. While there are many commonalities, every lab is different and has its preferences on how to input, manage, and analyze data. Because of this, we created a template-driven ecosystem for each lab to be able to customize all of the sections to their very specific needs.
