On two separate occasions, we proactively reset passwords for users where thei mailbox was accessed from outside the country. A feature to ignore countries on mailboxes on a time based would be useful for our NOC to not reset/disabled accounts for users that are on vacation outside the US. > > This resolved alot of issues with compromised mailboxes. Multi-Factor Auth is great, but not able for all clients to use.
