TimeWellScheduled is a cloud-based time and attendance tracking solution built for organizations of various sizes. With this tool, managers can use a scheduling feature to create, edit, and track scheduling based on organizational needs. TimeWellScheduled includes a timeclock with a real-time dashboard that allows managers to see when employees are working or on break. Employees can clock in/out from various punch clock locations, including desktops and mobile devices. Other TimeWellScheduled features include project tracking, asset management, absence planning, detailed reporting, and payroll integrations. Mobile apps are available for iOS and Android devices. Time Well Scheduled Usage

Pros

Time clocking, Date reminders, maintaining sick and vacation and most importantly time cards which are most important for Payroll. Easy and efficient export to Payroll software

Cons

Printed Time card is not much clear. Also Scheduling needs more features as for now it calculates employee hours and we at times need only department hours for budgeting.

Ease and Convenience

Pros

TimeWellScheduled is very easy to navigate, which is a benefit for all our team members. Insuring our staff have their schedules at the tip of their fingers for their convenience on the mobile app is amazing. Also, being able to monitor individuals who are tardy or take extended break times. The messaging system is also a great feature as it can reach to the entire work population for updates and notices.

Cons

There are not many features that I have issues with. Sometimes there are some problems while trying to print documents off TimeWellScheduled, and while doing schedules.

Program is good but support is sorely lacking

no step by step process in writing. online help is slow. last week i had a question to complete payroll. it took 6 days before online support answered

TimeWellSchedule Review

Pros

I like that it is easy to use, and that it can be adapted to my team. I like that I am able to see other departments, access all employees info in one program, see histories for time punches

Cons

I really don't have any cons. It meets the criteria for what I need in a scheduling/time punch program
