The Mobile Team and Express Check-in had significant positive impact and added efficiency and positive user experience at the onsite check-in. The documentation that there is is a GIANT outdated digital manual -- also not user friendly. There's no easily searchable knowledgebase or active user community. The system is buggy with an outdated interface.
