> **Pros**: The testing/educational assignments are 5 stars. Probably the best testing environment out there. in my opinion, Jane may have a role in onboarding, annual competencies, and remedial education. For remedial education it can be fairly specific at times.

> **Cons**: This is a great product. There is a few issues with removing students accidentally assigned. The method to correct my mistake was very educational yet kind of felt like punishment in an amusing way. Mistakes will be made by administrators and users. I would hope this would become less an issue with updates. It’s still 5 stars in my book just don’t make the same mistake (stupid mistake)I did and everything will continue to work out.
