One thing I like most is being able to manage/maintain certain information in house. For example, auto system generated emails for new hire onboarding, Admin notifications for pending benefit enrollments or tasks to be completed. Another great feature is the ability to download certain data in an Excel format instead of just pdf. This is helpful when we have large amounts of data to review, and need to customize more than standard system reports will allow. > > **Cons**: I would have to say limited report customization and limited support. With reporting, we can't always filter for the information we need, so we have to manually modify the report results. This can be time consuming for reports we generate regularly. For example, being able to filter out terminated employees from a specific report or download. Regarding support, our account managers are wonderful and knowledgeable, but there have been times the Account Manager may not be familiar with certain parts of the platform.
