It is so important that medical records are accurate \&amp; complete, with OpenMRS2 there’s nothing to worry about\! All fields are right in front of you, just fill them out. The software makes it easy to keep accurate, detailed information on all of your patients.

> Using this software is a breeze. The learning curve isn't as intense as with other software. New employees in our office has picked it up quickly and we have had no issues. Everything is right there in front of you, which makes it easy to enter new patient info, work through billing/coding and finding MR info that you need.

> **Pros**: I have recently switched to this due to, not price, but ability to customise and i was blown away by the potential of this software. it is totally free, a goodness in and of itself, but don’t underestimate it. it has almost any feature you would want from a medical record keeping software and i way better than several paid one ( i used practice fusion, kareo etc). although there are no versions for ios or android, but it can still be accessed from there as it is a broswer based app.

> **Cons**: very difficult to setup without a good knowledge of computer and programming or help from someone. &#10;no native versions for various operating systems &#10;customisation for your setup will take quite some time.

> perhaps the best software for your clinic if you have some knowledge of programming/computer, so that you yourself will be the master of your record keeping software (other paid native apps are almost totally devoid of this freedom). from now onwards, this is my solution.
