The amount of time it takes to train team members is far less than it would be one-on-one. Be prepared for the largest amount of time taken in the initial formation of your Waybook. Once it's formed, though, unless your business has any internal updates, it's ready for every future team member. Done\! If you need help forming your Waybook, their staff is great\! They helped train me how to use the Waybook software itself, and I enlisted the service they offer of forming the Waybook for you. Their response times to questions are very prompt - 1 day turnaround for UK to US. What I really love are all the controls administrators and team members have. You can section one training for one department, one for another, and they're not overwhelmed with things they don't need. The best part is if a team member has any question, the Waybook is searchable\! Ask your Waybook a question, and as long as you've input your business processes, Waybook will answer them. No more taking all day to answer questions. It does it for you so you can concentrate on growth. > > **Cons**: This is a tough one ... I'm really nit-picking to come up with a con.
