Although the reader is based on a pdf format, the user experience is great--it's easy to search, move between chapters, and download materials (if you allow that option). We even include supplemental videos with some books. Most importantly, they make the process easy, have worked closely with us as technology changes, and have provided fantastic ongoing customer service. > > **Cons**: The pdf format we use is limited to having the ebooks on our customers' digital bookshelves (readable via a browser) vs. an ereader.
