I'm not completely familiar with accounting procedures, simply do program management and education, so I don't know what is the best accounting set-up for some features, such as the Chart of Accounts. It does not lend itself to accountability for the members and officers of this organization. I cant see indivdual transactions or any audit trail. There is no ability to match or monitor.
