> **Pros**: I like that nOps points to underused services in AWS and acts on them without the need for me to prompt it. Where I drove the most impact was when I automated the pausing of unused RDS and EC2 resources.- It gives the impression of being very attentive to AWS movement.

> **Cons**: Regarding the AWS integration with Organizations, it is felt that there are issues with respect to the level of permissions. I had to come and modify IAM roles for each account, which was quite cumbersome in a multi-account scenario.
