I got locked out of the account even though they charged me for a whole year and after two people no one is able to help me resolve my issue. I'm trying to cancel the platform, but not even sure if I can because I'm locked out of my account even after doing multiple password resets. It's gotten to the point where they say my e-mail doesn't exist in their database.
