How licensing works You pay for the people who manage and perform maintenance, not for everyone who reports a problem. Technicians work on a $29 per month Technician License built for completing assigned work. Managers and administrators hold full licenses. The Professional edition starts at $29 per user per month and Advanced at $79, both billed annually. Enterprise features are available as add-ons. What your team gets Maintenance coordinators review incoming requests, add people and parts, and convert them to work orders on one screen. Preventive maintenance schedules generate work orders automatically from time, calendar, or meter readings, with the option to review them before release. Technicians complete work from a phone, tablet, or laptop in the adaptive web app, logging hours, readings, and photos at the asset. An offline technician mobile app is available as an add-on for areas without a signal. Every closed job posts labor, parts, downtime, and failure codes to the asset's history, and managers see the results in dashboards and reports they can export to Excel, PDF, or CSV.
