It's a powerful tool, the APIs and ZUS tool are really convenient for pulling users from apps. > > **Cons**: No easy way to setup business rules so that owners of apps don't have to review thousands of users. - The Zilla team is already working on a solution to this though. The ZUS tool doesn't work on every webpage. - The Zilla team has ways to gather the information from their side to make it work on future attempts once we alert them. Deactivating users or marking them as "Remove access" during access reviews doesn't automatically remove them from the application.
