These are helpful as a snapshot into how the previous week went and to ensure the statistics are trending in the right direction. > > **Cons**: The settings are rigid which makes it difficult to track long term statistics (patient still on care 30-, 60-, 90 days +) when the patient is seeing more than one chiropractor. Retention type statistics are difficult to manually track and it would be good to see this data presented differently in order to really gain a benefit from monitoring this statistic. > > Overall experience is quite good as the program does track statistics which would otherwise be difficult/time consuming. Customer service is slow to respond and we often have to re-ask the same question. We have been told things are "being looked into" and then never hear back.
