I have not been able to find a way to do this timely or in a way that I can see the transaction or cancel it or refund it without it causing extreme inconvenience to the tenant. This is rare but we have not found a solution other than issuing a paper check. > > Overall, it was a great decision to begin using Zego. We are very happy to make the change, the software has left little excuse to receive payments promptly \& in full. It gives us the ability to either charge the fees to the payer or pay them ourselves which adds to the flexibility.
