I can use this product to manage both our Residential and Commerical lettings. I am really impressed with the cleanness and smoothness of the screen and input, there is no clunkiness at all. The more I use the product the more useful features I find and once all the historical data is entered there will be no forgetting the deadlines. > > **Cons**: There isn't much I don't like, and customer support have been so helpful and taken on board a few of my suggestions for improvements. One of the things, especially for entering all the historic data is the date entry box. It would be nice to either pick the data from the box or enter in manually.
