> **Pros**: The initial concept sounded promising — a digital platform to streamline survey reporting, save time on site, and produce high-quality outputs. The sales process was handled confidently and came with verbal assurances from senior team members, including the \[sensitive content hidden\] , that the solution would be bespoke and tailored to our needs.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately, the reality has been the complete opposite.&#10;&#10;We paid £6,500 based on assurances of a customised solution tailored for Level 3 building surveys. What we received was a generic, one-size-fits-all platform riddled with bugs and major usability issues across both the mobile and web applications.&#10;&#10;Key issues include:&#10;&#10;Transcription/voice-to-text function stopped working entirely&#10;&#10;Changes to layout and tools with no notice or testing&#10;&#10;Rapid Text (RT) no longer functions as promised&#10;&#10;Hundreds of manual formatting corrections required per report&#10;&#10;Mobile app is unreliable and increasingly unusable on-site&#10;&#10;Web platform is clunky, inconsistent, and plagued by glitches&#10;&#10;Most frustratingly, the company’s support has been shockingly poor. Multiple emails and issue reports — including direct communication with the \[sensitive content hidden\] and sales lead — have gone unanswered for over six weeks. There has been no roadmap for resolution, no acknowledgement of the time we’ve lost, and no accountability.

> This has been a costly and extremely disappointing experience. We’ve invested significant time and money into a system that not only fails to deliver what was promised, but actively hinders our workflow. If you’re a professional surveyor or consultancy looking for reliable digital tools — I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
