Additionally, we noticed a sigh of relief among the Race Directors. Here was a platform that allowed Race Directors access to the tools they needed. Equally important was that this platform housed the data in the same place for our timing and scoring needs. Not having to move data around and keeping it housed in the same place is an important ingredient. Additionally, the tech support response time is probably the fastest I have experienced.
