You are required to press back, it is slow to load (I have high speed internet). When going through hundreds of CVs its time wasting to have to navigate backward again and again. 2) Also, I would like to see more useful information in the summary view of a candidate's application without having to open it. For example, their location, a preview of their opening statement and perhaps the first line of their most recent work experience. This would allow me to reject unsuitable candidates without having to navigate into their CV page. \#) The prompt to send a rejection email should be easy to switch on and off and I shouldn't have to select "do not send" candidate a message, or "reason for rejection" for every single rejection. Some applicants are completely unrelated to the role and do not warrant the effort it takes to give an explanation for rejection. Again, we have hundreds to get to.4) Finally, we have numerous rejected applicants reapply again and again. I have to navigate into the applicants CV and go to the "activity" section to confirm this. If they have previously been rejected - based on their email address perhaps - this should be clearly flagged without you having to open their application.
