They had me fooled in thinking that it will take them 30 to 45 days to build my App, and yet here it is 50 days later, I still don't have an App and they have been ignoring all of my emails. > > I've been working with \[sensitive content hidden\] ( My Account Representative) since February 2023. He gave me all of the information about using their database to have my App created. \[sensitive content hidden\] originally told me that it only takes a few days to create the app. I used their free version first to design the page and set up my videos. On July 26, 2023 I upgraded to have the App created and that's when Wael told me that it takes 30 to 45 days. Once I upgraded my subscription and started paying for the additional space and paid to have the App created, they stop responding to my emails, and 50 days later, I still don't have an App, and they are still ignoring my emails.
