> **Pros**: This software is designed with the end-user in mind and works up the chain from there.  One of the most difficult things in any of our software implementations has been the level of familiarity and ability of the people that we want using it the most.  This system is focused on getting the information in a way that is both easy and repeatable for the operators.

> **Cons**: None at this time.  It does the job that it's supposed to.
> 
> Understanding the issues that are occurring and being able to react to them in real-time is critical in our business.  Every hour of downtime is $1000's of dollars in losses.
