Fatture InCloud for Small Business Owners

I am a Career Coach and work independently. I have been using this software for my administrative management for about 8 months and I must say I am very satisfied. It is easy and very intuitive to use. All information is clearly indicated and retrievable, and for me, this is an excellent plus because I do not need complex administrative and financial management software. I can easily manage the creation of electronic invoices, proforma invoices, orders, payments, and customer data. I have all the information available with just a few clicks and I can avoid having to re-enter it every time because I can recall it with a single click. It has a very well-structured graphic and I have a dashboard always updated with the automatic real-time update of the invoiced amounts, those collected and the taxes accrued up to that moment. I am very satisfied! The customer service works very well, in my opinion. I can use the chat and the answers come to me via email within 24-48 hours at most. The guides section has tutorials and articles that explain very clearly how to solve various problems and how to manage the various functions.

Easy to use, fast to learn

it is easy to use,layout is very clear . accounting items are clear indicated.

Pros

easy to use and to customerizze the invoice layout.

Cons

The cost is too high for a self-employment where few invoices are issued each year, I would suggest the company to create a solution for situations like mine. The customer service is not as quick as others, this should be improved. they answer only via email. it is not possibile to chat or talk with anyone.

A swiss army knife

It's a one-stop shop for small businesses billing, and it gives you almost everything you can possibly need, so you almost don't even notice the few shortcomings(sync with other softwares and services). Enough for a small/medium business like us, a bigger business might need a more tailored solution developed from the ground up, but for the price they're asking you can't really complain.

Pros

Basically it is feature packed and always up to date with the latest rules.

Cons

Lacks a few advanced features and isn't much customisable.

I tried and I switched to something else

The overall experience was not bad, just incomplete. What it does it does very well, however, you need to integrate the service with another one that deals with the legal part of the fiscal declaration or rely directly on a professional to do it for you

Pros

I loved how easy and immediate the setup was. As electronic invoicing became mandatory in Italy, I had to make a quick switch and the system was intuitive and easy to deploy

Cons

I wish there was a pay plan that could manage my accounting and fiscal declaration as well, I would have wished for it to be a one stop shop for all the fiscal management of my activity

Programma intuitivo e ben supportato

La possibilità di avere in un unico portale preventivi, fatture, invio mail e invio al SDI è molto comodo. Tramite le mail posso anche controllare se i documenti inviati sono stati letti oppure no ed eventualmente rimediare con mail ordinaria (ho scoperto che alcuni antivirus non permettono lo scarico delle mail con allegato se arrivano dai portali internet)
L'assistenza è fantastica, sia per le guide molto esplicative che per la disponibilità dei tecnici che rispondono in chat. E con una sola domanda si riesce ad avere risposte anche da più tecnici, tutti molto competenti.

Pros

Le funzioni che uso di più sono preventivi, fatture, magazzino, mail e riba
Meno la prima nota e la riconciliazione dei conti correnti (perchè la faccio già con Polyedro sempre di Team System)

Cons

Si può sempre migliorare, ma le funzionalità più importanti ci sono
