Things started out OK as we were dealing with good people who seemed to care if the brand was successful on their platform but over time that shifted to money hungry people who wanted to get us to send as many messages as possible with no regard for ROI (which was severely lacking). The last few months they have taken to arbitrarily adding charges to our bill and refusing to refund them. They have now overcharged me by $1300 in the last 45 days. We also had broadcasts that were set to go at a particular time that instead were sent at odd hours. This pissed off our customers and we were still required to pay for those messages.We did change providers and were told by the new provider that the Emotive customers are dropping like flies . Emotive continues to charge me even though we changed providers. They laid off all of the people we liked too.
