REthink assists in buying, selling, leasing and managing properties that can be used by real estate professionals. Agents and brokers can send emails directly through to the solution and buyers can reply with offers and schedule showings. The solution stores images and other property information which can be combined to generate listing image galleries. MLS integration allows agents to incorporate listings and show them to their prospects. All information related to the property, listing, or contact is available on a real-time basis. Automated notifications for agents in case of new listings can be setup that adheres to specified criteria. I'm read lots of great reviews before for the acquisition. Working with the Buildout folks, I've been banging my head against the wall for weeks just trying to get my leads and contacts uploaded and the client success person doesn't even remember me...even after I had to reach out to him via LinkedIn when their support function wasn't mapped correctly. The tech person I'm dealing with must be brand new because she keeps having to refer back to notes and the import templates she had me fill out we're messed up to begin with. I feel like they actually owe me money at this point, lol. If it weren't "free" through my company I wouldn't have wasted as much time.
